We’re proud to share our latest successful commercial project, at one of Queenstown’s oldest and most prestigious hotels.
After years of service, the famous Nugget Point Hotel required significant refurbishment to restore it to its former glory. Our team tackled this challenging 8-week project from November through to Christmas, completely transforming several key areas. A full strip out was completed of 42 guest rooms, corridors, gym and entrance area to facilitate refurbishment works.
Our experienced team reacted quickly to address variation work as it arose, with no challenge beyond our capability. This included meticulous hand deconstruction of the restaurant area down to the concrete foundation
Despite the complexity of working in a historic building we completed all contracted works on schedule for our client.
