Week Ending 08.11.24
Our Napier based team are making great progress on detail cleaning within the east wing of level 2. They have completed majority of the ceiling lining removal including the wrap & cut of lagged pipe works.
To ensure a seamless transition to the next stage of works, we have split the team into 2 crews. With the first crew continuing with the environmental clean of the L2 east wing and the other preparing the basement for a comprehensive Class A environmental clean.
The preparation of the basement requires a thorough preclean of the area to remove all scattered lagging debris prior to the construction of the enclosure.
Externally the scaffolding is being erected around the west wing to allow for the Class B roof and soffit removal to commence.
