Hand deconstruction and demolition of the 2 terminal buildings for Skyline Gondola in Queenstown. To ensure minimal downtime in the operation of the Gondola and associated activities we completed this project in 3.5-weeks. Both the upper and lower terminals were demolished concurrently with two separate site teams.
