Scope were engaged by the Kaikoura District Council to demolish three former commercial fisheries buildings on the Wakatu Quay wharf in Kaikoura, to make way for a future community development. The project involved a significant amount of asbestos removal before demolition could commence. The project was completed to a high standard, on time and on budget.
