Scope were engaged by Toitu Te Whenua- Land information New Zealand, to undertake the demolition and site clearance of a commercial property on Lichfield street to make way for the new Canterbury multi sports arena. This project involved an internal hand strip of the structure and machine demolition of the remaining concrete structure including foundation removals. Upon completion, the site was treated with a polymer to reduce dust emission.
