Demolition of dilapidated buildings in Dunedin’s CBD, due to the badly damaged historic facades, they were unable to be saved. Hand deconstruction had to take place to de-height the facades and hand separations from adjacent buildings to eliminate the potential damage of other properties and council infrastructure.
