Scope were engaged by Church Property Trustees to undertake remediation of contaminated land at the old St Stephens Church site. Due to the volume of fill required to be removed and the proximity of a natural watercourse, the project was undertaken under strict controls to satisfy resource consent conditions. The project was completed successfully enabling future development on the site.
