Scope were engaged by Spark New Zealand to undertake Class A pipe lagging removal and an environmental clean of asbestos contaminated dust and fragments within the building’s basement and service risers. Strategic planning and work methods were implemented to execute the work within a live utility building that provides a critical service to the public of New Zealand.
